Q: How long will it take to receive my apparel or yoga mat order?

A: Our garments and yoga mats are custom-made and take 3–5 business days to process. Once shipped via USPS, delivery typically takes 7–9 days. So total arrival time is usually between 10 - 15 days.

Q: How long does jewelry shipping take?

A: Jewelry orders usually ship within 6–10 days via USPS.

Q: What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Check your tracking updates to confirm the current status of your shipment. If it has been longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Q: What should I do if my package is delayed?

A: Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by unexpected delays like weather or carrier volume. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance tracking your order.

Q: Why did my yoga mat and jewelry arrive separately?

A: Apparel, yoga mats, and jewelry ship from different locations, so they will arrive in separate packages.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Yes, you can update your address within 24 hours of ordering by emailing us at hi@theticklishbrush.com. After that, changes are not possible if the order has been processed.

Q: Can I switch to express shipping after placing an order?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade shipping services after checkout.

Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Additionally, we are not liable for orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Q: What happens if my package is returned to sender?

A: If a package is returned due to incorrect details, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping. Contact us within one month; otherwise, the item will be disposed of, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
