Shipping Cost & Service:

Standard Shipping Cost:

At The Ticklish Brush, we’re happy to offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders of $100 or more (before discounts & shipping). For domestic orders under $100, a flat shipping fee applies based on the product category:

  • Apparel: $6.99
  • Yoga Mats: $8.99
  • Jewelry: $3.99

 
Shipping Service:
The Ticklish Brush will only be offering standard shipping at this time.  Estimate arrival time from placing order to delivery is about 14 - 17 calendar days for Apparel & Yoga Mat. 11 to 16 calendar days for Jewelry.  See "When Will you Receive Your Orders" below for more details. 

Sales Tax:

Sales tax may be applied based on the state you're shipping to, following that state's tax regulations. The applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout after you’ve entered your shipping address.

Discount Code:

Discount codes only work with Standard Checkout.
If you choose Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other Express options, your code won’t be applied.

Order Process:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

 

When Will You Receive Your Orders?

Apparel Products & Yoga Mats:
Our apparel products are made on demand, ensuring that each item is crafted with care, just for you! By producing only when you place an order, we uphold our commitment to high-quality standards, environmental responsibility, and sustainable fashion. From custom printing to hand-sewing, our skilled team of print makers and seamstresses work diligently here in the USA, with every garment undergoing a thorough quality inspection.
Our standard order processing time is 3 to 5 business days, which allows us to create your unique product with precision and attention to detail. Once ready, we ship using USPS, and standard shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days* to reach any inland USA location. We appreciate your patience and promise the wait will be well worth it!
 
Jewelry:
Order process time takes 3 business days, Shipping typically takes 6 to 8 business days* via USPS.

*Transit time and delivery dates are estimates only. Please note that shipments may occasionally experience unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, etc., some of which can be significant. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to control or expedite the delivery process. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

 

Jewelry, Garments or Yoga Mats Ship Separately:

If you've ordered both garments/yoga mats and jewelry, these items will arrive in separate packages due to different shipping arrangements. Our garments or yoga mats and jewelry are shipped from different locations, so you may receive your jewelry order separately from your clothing items and yoga mat. Don’t worry—all packages will be on their way to you!

 

Common Ordering Issues --- Order Amendments:

Change of Addresses After placing an order:
If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact our service team at hi@theticklishbrush.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct the address before your package is shipped. However, once the shipment has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make any changes. We cannot replace or refund orders that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
 
*At this time, we offer shipping to all USA locations only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid U.S. residential or business address for delivery.

*To avoid shipping delays, please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Change of Size After Placing an Order:
Please carefully check your size before making a purchase, and refer to our size chart for accuracy. If you realize you've ordered the wrong size, contact our service team at hi@theticklishbrush.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct the size before your order enters production. However, once the order is in production, changes cannot be made.
 
Change Delivery Service:
At this time we only offer standard shipping service, we are not able to upgrade or expedite the shipping service. 
 
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your garment or yoga mat order within 24 hours of purchase or until the order enters fulfillment, whichever comes first. Please contact our service team at hi@theticklishbrush.com. For our crystal jewelry, all jewelry orders are final and cannot be canceled. Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.
 
 

What to Expect After You Placed the Order:


Order Confirmation Email:
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email will include your order number and a summary of the items you purchased. Please review this information and make sure everything is correct. If you notice any issues, contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections.
 
Order Processing Email:
Next, your order moves into processing. Our team carefully prepares your items for shipment. For custom-printed garments, this includes printing your unique designs. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but we'll keep you updated along the way!

*Rarely, but sometimes during peak seasons, some items may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand. If this occurs, you will be notified via email about any out-of-stock items, and we will dispatch the remaining items as soon as they are restocked.

 
Shipping Notification:
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package's journey from our door to yours! Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear, so don't worry if you don't see movement right away.

Delivery Updates:
You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere from 5 to 9 business days. We'll also send you a reminder when your package is out for delivery! 
 
Order Arrival Notification:

Common Delivery Issues:

Return to Sender:
We rely on the accuracy of the shipping information provided by our customers. Please double-check your details during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, including but not limited to the following: Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address, Unclaimed Package, Refused Delivery, Inaccessible Delivery Location, etc., you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If we do not hear from you within 1 month of receiving the returned package, the item will be disposed of, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Lost Packages:
Refunds or store credit will NOT be issued for orders marked as "Delivered" that are reported as missing or stolen.
