The Ticklish Brush Return & Exchange Policy

At The Ticklish Brush, we pour our heart into each piece, from our vibrant activewear to our sparkling crystal jewelry. We want you to feel empowered, stylish, and completely satisfied with your purchase! However, since most of our items are custom-made just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure the best experience possible.

 
 

Our Return Policy

At The Ticklish Brush, each product is crafted upon your order, meaning we do not hold any inventory. This custom-made process allows us to create unique, high-quality products tailored specifically to you! Because of this, we DO NOT offer returns for the following reasons:
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color, design, or quantity ordered
  • Late delivery
By operating this way, we reduce waste and offer a more sustainable shopping experience. We ask that you carefully review your order before confirming, and we’re always here to answer any questions!
 

Eligible Exchanges Only

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Size Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We offer free exchanges for sizing if the items are returned in their original condition, with label attached, and in the original packaging. The garment must show no signs of use, including stains, perfumes, scents, makeup, deodorant, etc. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and should provide the return tracking numbers. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to monitor the package. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost and provide new tracking information. The return process below must be followed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive the wrong product or if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll gladly offer an exchange. Be sure to contact us at hi@theticklishbrush.com within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue to begin the process. Orders delivered more than 14 days ago are not eligible for exchange or refund.
 
 

Yoga Mats & Jewelry

For yoga mats and crystal jewelry, we follow a stricter policy due to the nature of these items.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on yoga mats and jewelry unless:
  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item
To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be unused, stain-free, and in their original packaging.
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect yoga mat or piece of jewelry, please follow the Return Process below.
 
 

Return Process

We strive to make your exchange as seamless as possible. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us for Authorization

It is essential that you email us at hi@theticklishbrush.com to request exchange approval before sending anything back. If you send items back without prior approval, we will not honor any exchange, refund, or store credit.

2. Approval & Return Instructions

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. Please DO NOT send items back to the address on the shipping label you received with your order—these will not be processed. Sending a package to the wrong address will result in no replacement, refund, or store credit being issued.


3. Prepare Your Return

Ensure the item is in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with its original packaging. If we receive an item that does not meet these criteria, the exchange will be denied, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you want the item sent back.

4. Ship the Item:

You can use the prepaid return label we provide in the email we sent (in cases where we’re covering the cost due to our error), or you may choose to use your own shipping method if you are responsible for the return cost. If you opt for your own method, we recommend using a service with tracking and emailing us the tracking number to ensure we can monitor the package.
Important: We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not use our provided return label. In cases where a package with return items is lost and tracking was not provided, no refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued.

5. Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you’ll receive a notification once your replacement is on its way. *If we received your return item that is not meet our return conditions, we will notify you via email and if you would like your package back, you will be responsible for shipping cost and shipping arrangement.

6. Replacement Delivery

After processing, your replacement will be shipped to you within 10-14 business days. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Please note that some items are final sale:
    Any item with a price ending in $.99 is a Final Sale item and is not eligible for return or exchange.
